March Public Forum Topic Announced

Based on a nationwide vote, the March 2014 Public Forum topic is,Resolved: Single-gender classrooms would improve the quality of education in American public schools. A total of 402 schools and 281 students voted for the resolution. The winning resolution received 58% of the school vote and 50% percent of the student vote.
